Happy Friday babes! Does anyone else think that there are suddenly less than 24 hours in a day? Lately it seems like everything is breezing by, and I can’t believe it’s already March! With spring break right around the corner, I couldn’t resist a collaboration offer from a popular teatox brand, known as SkinnyMint. I first heard about this brand through Kylie Jenner’s Instagram post a while back, so I decided to try it out for myself. I have always had so many questions about these different detox’s and if they actually work, as I see them being promoted on social media ALL THE TIME! So, I’m here to give you all my review of these products. (Please please know that I am- and always will be- brutally honest with my opinions and reviews, and it does not matter if it is a paid project or not! I care wayyyy more about y’all and the time you take to connect with me/my content; and if that means that I lose some opportunities by being honest, I’m not sorry about it!)

I’m normally not the girl to try out detox cleanses or things of that sort. Mainly, because I am either training for tennis for multiple hours a day, (for those of you who do not know I am a competitive tennis player and often travel for tournaments), so when SkinnyMint sent me their “Super Fat Burning Gummies” I was intrigued to give them a shot. I mean, can you really have more energy, lose fat, and decrease your appetite by just taking a few gummies a day? I’m answering all of y’all’s questions I received about my experience and results on these products down below!
- What are the SkinnyMint Super Fat Burning Gummies, and what are they supposed to do?
It’s a two-step program that includes the Power Up Gummy and the Hunger Buster gummy. This team of gummies is supposed to help you lose fat by increasing your metabolism and energy while also decreasing your hunger levels or cravings.
- What are the ingredients?
The SkinnyMint Green Super Fat Burning Gummies are vegan, kosher, gluten, sugar, and cruelty free. Coffee Bean and Garcinia Cambogia are the two main ingredients, and you can view the full list of ingredients here.
- How do I take them?
SkinnyMint recommends taking two gummies (one serving) of the Power Up with breakfast or before hitting the gym in the morning, and taking two of the Hunger Busters in the afternoon.
- How long should I take them for?
You can purchase this program in one, three, or six month packages. The brand instructs to not take more than two servings in a 24-hour period. (It is better to check with your doctor or physician if you are unsure if these are safe for you to take depending on your current state of health).
So….. Would I Recommend These Products?
I personally have not noticed any “fat-loss” benefits from these gummies, but my eating habits and workout routine didn’t change or improve like the brand recommends. I am already active 4+ hours day, either on the tennis court or doing strength/endurance training, so I am not the average experiment to judge by. However, I do want to mention that I did notice a bit of a kick of energy, especially in the morning after my breakfast and dose of “Power Up Gummies.”
The Bottom Line:
This depends on what you want to achieve, and largely on your expectations. I personally believe that how I take care of my body will determine if I reach my health and fitness goals, and that no product, pill, or tea can help me as much as I can help myself. So, if you want to try them- go for it! I just think I would rather try it the natural way if I want to lose fat or get more energy.
